Terms and Conditions – Aphasia Therapy Video Pack

By purchasing this product, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. Overview
This video pack is a self-guided, on-demand therapy resource created by George Webb, HCPC-Registered Speech and Language Therapist. It includes five pre-recorded video sessions and accompanying printable workbooks. The program is designed to support adults with aphasia in practising communication strategies at home. It is not a substitute for personalised, one-to-one speech and language therapy.

2. Medical Disclaimer
This product is for general educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not establish a therapeutic relationship. If you have concerns about communication, speech, language, or swallowing, please consult a qualified speech and language therapist or other healthcare provider. Use of this product is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

3. Payment and Access
The video pack is available as a one-time purchase. Payment must be completed in full before access is granted. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access instructions. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Access to the video pack and accompanying materials is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. Continued access beyond this period may be extended at our discretion, but cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Should we need to discontinue access, we will provide advance notice to all purchasers.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be offered once access to the video content has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to cancel under UK consumer law once delivery of digital content has begun.

5. Usage Rights
