What Makes This Aphasia Therapy Pack Different
Most online resources give you either a video to watch or worksheets to download.
This pack brings both together.
You watch a guided therapy-style video.
You pause when prompted.
You complete the matching workbook task on paper or on screen.
That makes the pack more active than a video alone, and more guided than a workbook alone.
You are not just watching.
You are taking part.
The pack is self-led, so it does not replace personalised speech and language therapy. But it can give you structured practice while you wait for therapy, between therapy blocks, or after discharge.
What’s in the Aphasia Therapy Sessions
Session 1: Word-Finding Strategies
You’ll learn a method used in real therapy to help recall words more easily. Each task focuses on describing familiar items in everyday language.
Session 2: Sound Awareness
This session helps you focus on the sounds inside words. We look at the first sound, last sound, rhyming words, or syllables. It includes matching and odd-one-out tasks.
Session 3: Verbs, Categories and Sentence Practice
Here you’ll practise describing who is doing what, sorting words into groups, and completing written or spoken sentences. Tasks are matched to your level.
Session 4: Real-Life Scenes and Sentence Work
You’ll look at pictures showing everyday situations and answer structured questions like “What’s happening?”, “What might they say?” and “What could happen next?”
Session 5: Putting It All Together
This session brings everything together: sounds, meanings, descriptions, and predictions using complex picture scenes and structured reasoning questions.
About the Workbooks: Printable and Interactive
The workbooks are part of the therapy.
They are not an optional extra.
Every session comes with three workbook levels:

For sentence writing, reasoning, open-ended answers, and more flexible practice.
You can use the workbook in two ways:
